Hrvoje joins Masters of the Soil as a guest instructor at Zrno School Farm, where the curriculum runs from soil to sales and trains the next generation of Croatian market gardeners.
Masters of the Soil is a hands-on program built around the pioneering organic farm Zrno and the Makronova Institute. The aim is honest, applied training: how to read a site, build fertility without disturbing the soil, plan the season around biology rather than against it, and bring food to market without burning out the people or the land.
Hrvoje's contribution sits at the join between architecture and growing — placing buildings, water, and energy systems inside the same regenerative logic as the garden. The work draws from Mrvica itself, from Održivo's wider practice, and from the European Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture's growing body of field knowledge.
