How we use cookies

We keep this simple. The site does not run ads and does not track you across other sites.

• Essential. We remember your cookie choice on your own device so we do not ask again on every visit. That is it for the essentials, no tracking.
• Visit counting (only if you say yes). If you agree, we switch on Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people and which do not. It sets no cookies and does not load until you opt in, and you can change your mind any time.

Third-party cookies

• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits, only after you opt in. Cloudflare says it does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors. See Cloudflare's own policies for details.
• Google Fonts loads the typefaces you are reading; it does not set cookies on this site.
• The booking calendar loads a small library from a public network (jsDelivr); it does not set cookies.

• Change your mind any time with Manage cookies.
• You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
